KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist in co-ordination of operations (container and bulk volumes recons and allocations)
- Processing of invoices and PO’s
- Computer capturing on various systems and maintaining stock files
- Customer and vendor queries
- Data base daily back-up
- Ad hoc duties as may be required
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Matric Certificate or equivalent
- Namibian Citizen
- 3 years operational and practical experience
- Computer literacy (Knowledge of Microsoft Office)
- Systems exposure (e.g. Acumatica/Jarrison)
