Responsibilities:
- Ensure credit approvals comply with the relevant Credit Policy and Fraud Guidelines;
- Concurrent processing of loan application and prompt review process;
- Monitoring of Loan Applications in the assessment queue;
- Maintain effective controls on GRN loans;
- Sanction screening on individual clients during the vetting process;
- Employment confirmation with Payroll employers;
- Effective communication with internal stakeholders;
- Accountable for service delivery through own efforts;
- Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results;
Experience and Qualifications:
- Grade 12 with at least 25 points
- Tertiary education will be an advantage
- 2 – 3 years Banking and Credit experience
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Above average numerical ability
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Strong team player
