Key Performance Areas:
Filing Clerk duties:
- Filing of client documentation
- Archiving of client documentation
- Shredding of documents
Receptionist duties:
- Assist with switchboard operation
- Receiving of clients
- Assist with mail handling
- Assist with cash handling
- Assist with typing/printing of documents
- Assist in arranging meetings with clients
Secretarial Assistant duties:
- Assist with registration of Close Corporations
- Assist with BIPA submissions, payments, and queries
- Assist with client resignations for Close Corporations, Individuals, and Partnerships
- Assist with deregistration requests for Close Corporations
- Assist with opening of new client files
- Assist with maintenance of Minute Books
- Assist with preparation of Annual Duties
- Assist with the preparation of BO forms
- Assist with KYC Procedures & Financial Intelligence Act
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Must have Grade 12 or Grade 11 on the new Namibian curriculum or equivalent
- MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Namibian citizen or permanent resident with permission to work in Namibia
- 2 years relevant experience
