Job Description PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Processing of creditors payment and accounts reconciliation
Key Performance Areas KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Receiving of orders and handling thereof.
    • Processing creditors source documents for payment.
    • Capturing of creditors statement on system to reconcile the amounts.
    • Confirmation and verification of supplier payments.
    • Performing of general administrative duties.
Skills, Experience & Education REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 (passed)

Experience required:

Three (3) years experience in financial environment.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of basic accounting and financial  environment .
General SALARY: PATTERSON GRADE B5

BASIC SALARY = N$245,316.00 PA

HOUSING ALLOWANCE = N$110,388.00 PA

TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE = N$28,488.00 PA

MUNICIPAL ALLOWANCE = N$21,708.00 PA
