Responsible for processing sales and payments for recyclable materials and provide receipts to customers.

Operating scanners, scales, cash registers and other electronics.

Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.

Ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer.

Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Grade 12 (Passed – 20 points / 5 subjects with an E symbol in the English Language) and three (3) years job related experience. Basic bookkeeping, financial record keeping, accounting or cashiering procedures, basic arithmetic, familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register.
