Job Description

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Client Services Consultant to established positive client relationships through efficient customer service assistance. Their responsibilities mainly revolve around interacting with clients face to face to identify their needs. The successful candidate must be able to accept ownership for effectively resolve customer queries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision

  • Providing quality service and client care;
  • Providing product and portfolio information to Customers;
  • Processing benefit payments ;
  • Handling all general queries;
  • Administering client information;
  • Performing general office functions;
  • Retain business and generation of sales leads;
  • Accountable for service delivery through own efforts;
  • Apply company rules and processes that governs our business, and
  • Living the company values.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Namibian Citizenship;
  • Grade 12 with a minimum of 25 points;
  • A tertiary qualification will be advantageous;
  • Approximately 1 – 2 years customer service experience;
  • Experience in the local vernacular will be an added benefit;
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively;
  • Customer focus with excellent Client Care skills;
  • Well organized and attention to detail;
  • Computer literate – Ms Word, Excel and Outlook is essential;
