Job Description PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide customer service telephonically, email or via other media and to ensure that customer queries are timeously attended to and resolved.
Key Performance Areas KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Contact Centre support.
    • Achieve SLA and performance measures to ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.
    • Customer Service Management to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Improve service delivery and Call Centre efficiency in the organisation.
Skills, Experience & Education REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 (passed – 20 points/5 subjects with an E symbol in the English language)

 

Experience requirement:

One (1) year experience in customer service care or related field.

 

Legal requirement:

Code B driver’s license.
General SALARY: PATTERSON GRADE B4

BASIC SALARY = N$ 219,048 PA

HOUSING ALLOWANCE = N$ 98,568PA

TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE = N$28,488.00 PA

MUNICIPAL ALLOWANCE = N$21,708.00 PA
