Broll Namibia is currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join and support our dynamic team.




Perform the technical inspection and supervision of workmanship within all built environments as per assignment.

Conduct building audits, verification and management of asset information to maximise asset potential.

Maintain high quality of work to ensure it meets applicable standards, environmental, health and safety requirements.

This role involves travel; the successful candidate will be required to travel.




  • Grade 12 certificate with a pass in English
  • N3 or equivalent with Trade Diploma in electrical, instrumentation or air conditioning & refrigeration
  • 5 years’ experience as an artisan or technician in any built environment
  • Background knowledge on working with any computerised maintenance management systems and integrated workplace management systems
  • Driving license code B
  • Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel)
  • Certification in supervisory, project management or infra-red thermography will be an added advantage




  • Inspecting maintenance work and comparing it with drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct building audits and perform asset verification and condition assessments for buildings under management.
  • Quality checking building materials.
  • Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct it.
  • Monitoring progress and reporting to facility manager.
  • Keeping detailed records of work.
  • Referring to plans and taking photographs of work, along with measurements and samples.
  • Checking that building regulations, health and safety, legal and ecological requirements are met.
  • Working between an office and various facilities.
