RӦSSING GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – FINANCE (2470)

An exciting opportunity exists at Rossing Uranium Limited, aimed to equip graduates with the practical knowledge and skills that they need to become successful employees in the professional environment. The Graduates should be from the following discipline:

Minimum Requirements

•    A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics degree
•    Academic performance at a minimum average of 60% in all academic years
•    A valid code B driver’s license will be an added advantage.
•    A police certificate of conduct not older than six (6) months is required. A record will not automatically disqualify candidates.

Finance Graduate Program Structure

•    Structured 3-year development programme with rotations across key finance functions.
•    Mentorship and coaching from experienced finance professionals.
•    Financial and study support towards obtaining your post graduate professional qualification (CIMA, CA,).
•    Exposure to real-world projects in a leading uranium mining operation, while working towards a professional designation that will set you apart in the industry.
