The Company

A full line pharmaceutical wholesaler/distributor of medicine, surgical, clinical and consumer products in Namibia has a vacancy for a Graphic Designer.



The Incumbent will be an important member of the Marketing & Sales. The incumbent will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing visuals and advertisements to communicate specials and other marketing related content that captivates customers.



  • Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design from a recognized institution is compulsory
  • Expereince in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and inDesign is compusolry
  • Knowledge and expereince in social media platform management and website layout design is compusolry
  • Proven experience in product photography and photo editing will be advantageuous
  • Grade 12 certificate compulsory


  • Produce all promotional materials for Nampharm – Including following up at printers and distribution to customers.
  • The Graphic Designer will also be responsible for product image capturing and editing to be uploaded to Google Drive that will be used for the Nampharm Online Website and other platforms and sales tools.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand consistency across various platforms, ensuring designs align with the organization’s visual brand identity
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the deign process
  • Working together with Sales and Marketing team to understand the marketing project requirements and how to effectively implement them
  • Building and maintaining the Nampharm product catalogue
  • Giving insights and suggetions for improvements to the Nampharm website is also part of the Job
  • Managing Nampharm’s social media pages that will be used for advertisement


  • Excellent writing skills and administrative skills
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans, an additional language being an asset.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent team player yet could function independently
  • Exceptional attention to details and managing multiple projects simultaneuosly
  • Leadership skills.
  • Be decisive, able to give direction and to to guide others, strategic thinking, expentional time management skills
