PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To perform the overall operations within the Hot Pot & Deli department by implementing the required standards and providing excellent customer service for the profitability of the store

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Grade 11 New Curriculum or Grade 12 Old Curriculum

ADVANTAGEOUS

  • Food handling / preparation or retail experience will be advantageous

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Prepare customers’ orders timeously.
  • Ensure that the displays are arranged in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Keep the storerooms and cold-rooms in an orderly manner daily.
  • Ensure that the correct pricing in placed on the products.
  • Render excellent customer service always.
  • Prepare and attend stock takes as scheduled.
