SALARY SCALE : N$267,264.00 – N$272,978.00 – N$278,434.00
HOUSING ALLOWANCE : 20% of Basic Salary without a housing bond OR
40% OF Basic Salary with a housing bond
CAR ALLOWANCE: : N$ 89,316 Per Annum
CELLPHONE ALLOWANCE: : N$ 800 per Month
EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent
Minimum Requirements
• A Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Financial Management and/or Human Resource
Management or Bachelor of Business Commerce majoring in Financial Management and/or Human Resource Management as Core function.
• An MBA and working in Local Authorities environment experience will be an advantage
• 5 years working experience of which two (2) years should have been in a management position
• Driving License (Code B)
