PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To manage the business unit sections with regard to marketing and sales, advertising and promotions, product development, and related administrative activities to ensure optimum productivity/ profitability.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing & Sales Management or equivalent qualification
  • Five years’ experience in marketing and sales environment of which three years should have been at managerial level
  • Sound working knowledge of transport economics and marketing & sales
  • Leadership skills
  • Marketing & Sales skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Relationship versatility and planning skills
