PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To facilitate and administer the processes of job analysis, job description writing, Job Evaluation and Grading and to implement the organizational development interventions in order to ensure organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Job analysis and job description writing
- Job evaluation and grading
- OD interventions and training
- Administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Human Resources Management/ Industrial Psychology
- Four years’ general human resources experience.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Company’s operations and the inter-links of all line and cross functions as well as job, analysis, job evaluation and grading processes and training needs analysis.
- Analytical skills, training, and facilitation skills, job writing skills, good communication skills (written and verbal) personal relations, evaluation, problem solving, change management and computer literacy.
- Self-starting initiatives, assertive ness, persistence and consistency, ability to work with wide variety of people, independent and time management.
