Job Description PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Provide operational and technical ICT support to CoW Users and Councilors to operate effectively and efficiently.
Key Performance Areas KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Corporate Desktop hardware, software and peripheral infrastructure.
    • Maintain and support Corporate Desktop hardware, software and peripheral.
    • Desktop and peripheral security.
    • Asset and stock maintenance.
    • Documentation, research and development.
    • Audio visual equipment in all boardrooms and conferences centers.
    • Printer support and maintenance.
Skills, Experience & Education REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) year National Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (Network and System Administration) with Three (3) years related ICT experience. Code B/BE driver’s license.
