Job Description:
To provide advice, guidance, and general support to other project managers as to ensure that project managers have access to best practices, are able to comply with the PMO established minimum standards, and that projects are delivered within agreed parameters.

- Strong communicator: Communicate professionally and clearly with project stakeholders
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical concerns to senior management when needed
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, compliance, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Education: Project Management certification is a MUST for the role — minimum Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), but PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications preferred
- Have an Advanced Diploma in Project Management or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of project administration experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Are proficient in project management software and tools
- Have the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and perform well under pressure
