Job Description The Temporary Fixed term Contract Officer: Property Finance & Administration is responsible for assisting in the administration and financial transaction of the Division pertaining to sales, leases, donations and exchange agreements.
Key Performance Areas
    • Assist with the preparation of the budget for the Division and facilitate payments.
    • Maintain the income register on a monthly basis.
    • Maintain and capture Deed of Register received from the Deeds Office and clients.
    • Permission to build.
    • Contract management.
    • General administration of properties related matters.
    • Facilitate submission of bank guarantees and allocation to the General Ledgers.
    • Assist with reconciliation of General Ledger.
    • Responsible for effective record keeping system.
Skills, Experience & Education A Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration/Business Management or Property related qualification with three (3) years job related experience and a valid code B/BE drivers license.
