PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To capture, process and dispatch all damaged, redundant and expired stock to the respective suppliers in order to minimize stock holding days and enhance effective stock management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Receive all damaged, redundant or expired stock.
- Return stock to the supplier with a valid reason.
- Transfer stock from sales floor to RTM cage.
- Separate and organize stock in the cage.
- Prepare and submit claims to relevant suppliers.
- Ensure dispatching of stock is correct and accurate before sign-off.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- National Senior Level Certificate.
- 1 year food retail experience.
- Retail administration experience and/ or receiving experience will be advantageous.
