  • Develop and Implement Strategic Communication Plans:
  • Formulate and execute strategic communication plans harmonizing with organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership in Crating Compelling Content:
  • Lead the creation of compelling content for diverse communication channels, ensuring a uniform and impactful brand message.
  • Advise Senior Management on Communication Strategies:
  • Provide insights to navigate challenging scenarios, ensuring the organisation’s messaging remains resilient.
  • Mentor and Guide Junior Team Members:
  • Provide constructive feedback and support professional development to enhance team capabilities.
  • Conduct In-Depth Stakeholder Analysis:
  • Tailor messaging to resonate with diverse stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across various segments.
  • Oversee the Implementation of Communication Campaigns:
  • Guarantee that campaigns align with strategic goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends and Best Practices:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging communication technologies, and best practices
  • Maintenance of a body of knowledge with respect to internal stakeholder needs and measurement of the stakeholder management capability:
  • Delivers innovative and inclusive stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Develops strong relationships with a portfolio of key internal and external stakeholders link to strategic objectives.


  • Namibian citizen;
  • Bachelors Degree in Communication, Public Relations or a related field.
  • 3 – 4 years experience.
  • Proven experience in a senior communication role, preferably within the Financial industry.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance in communication practices.
  • Strong proficiency in social media management and digital analytics tool.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing engaging digital content
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Assertive self-starter with excellent communication, conflict handling skills and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service levels.
