PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To process customer transactions efficiently as per the set standards and procedures to enhance excellent customer satisfaction and profitability of the store.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Processing of Transactions accurately and effectively.
- Ensure that monies received by and returned to client are correct.
- Give professional, friendly, speedy, and effective customer service.
- Cash-up in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- National Senior Level Certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years cashier experience.
- Certificate in Computer sciences will be an added advantage.
