PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To ensure all duties are carried out effectively, efficiently and speedy to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and to increase frontline productivity.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure that goods are packed in the right way at the till points.
- Ensure that there are always trolleys and baskets at the entrance for the customers to use.
- Handle customer queries with friendliness, honesty, accuracy and politeness.
- Ensure cleanliness at the frontline.
- Get correct prices for items which are not priced or do not scan correctly at till point.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Grade 10 Certificate.
- 1 Year experience in a retail environment.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Good interpersonal skills..
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be customer orientated.
