Department: Packaging Engineering

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To administrate and manage the process flow with regards to the Computer Maintenance Management System in the Packaging Engineering Department as well as to perform general administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Grade 12 with 2 years’ administrative experience in planned maintenance in a production environment
• Experience in planned maintenance coordination
• SAP experience will be an added advantage

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling
• Analyse and administer the SAP Maintenance Database
• Administer the change process for all approved procedure modifications
• Perform general administrative duties
