WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Responsible for driving all business operational projects within the various disciplines to guarantee successful completion of projects at set timelines.Design detailed project plans for tracking and actioning.Ensure strict adherence to project deadlines by Management.
Stay abreast of micro and macro influences and its effect on different projects.
Strategically plan and mitigate risks per project to secure Megabuild’s compliance.
Ensure projects remain within budget and produce cost-saving recommendations to maintain growth within the company.
Opening of new Megabuild branches and the refurbishment thereof.
Uphold the Pupkewitz mission of Customer Satisfaction Through Service Excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have completed Grade 11 (New Curriculum) or Grade 12 (NSSC-O) with 22 marks.BCom Degree (NQF Level 7) will be an advantage.Minimum 3 years Project and Operations Management experience within the Retail and Construction Industry.
Must have good business understanding and experience devising action plans for various operational projects.
Must have a valid Code B Driver’s License.
Kerridge system experience would be an added advantage.
