Role Overview:

20Twenty is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk, welcome clients and visitors, and provide administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, manage calls, and maintain a clean reception area..
  • Administrative Support: Handle data entry, filing, and meeting coordination.
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries and ensure a positive visitor experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma (Office Management certification is a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years of receptionist/administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
