What will you do?
The incumbent will be service orientated; have a high tendency towards pro-activity; concern for order and accuracy, be results-orientated and have excellent numerical abilities
What will make you successful in this role?
- Verification of claim documents received
- Payment of claims
- Day-to-day client service
- Processing of premiums
- Resolve queries and report back to supervisor
- Ensure that information passed on to personnel and clients is completely correct
- Must be adaptable in respect of the type of client
- Adaptable to continual changes
- Must be adaptable irrespective of the type of client, varying from sophisticated to less sophisticated
- Consolidate Risk Administration as a unit
- Maintain effective quality control systems
- Handle customer complaints
- Maintain Asset Management (premiums) process
- Rectification of PIG and give feedback to the supervisor
- Resolve daily office queries
- Oriented to acquire knowledge of all aspects of the job
- Rectify GRP01 rejections and give feedback to the supervisor
- Open communication with staff, management, and stakeholders
- Compile reports as requested by supervisor
- Daily follow-ups
Qualification and Experience
- Grade 12; Mathematics and Accounting as subjects
- Solid Administration skills with a proven track
- Certificate of Proficiency will be an added advantage
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent English (verbal & written) language skills; and/or additional local Namibian language will be a competitive advantage, etc.
- MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint) and Company’s software.
