PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:Â Â Â
- The Spa therapist administers professional wellness massages and body treatment to guest in a friendly, prompt, courteous and efficient manner. The incumbent of this position must have a thorough knowledge of numerous modalities and should possess a general understanding of body treatment.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Diploma/Technical certificate in Beauty Treatment/massages
- 2 years relevant experience in service industry
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for monthly Spa Stock take and reporting thereof.
- Identifies Spa monthly promotions in conjunction with Spa team and distributing the same accordingly.
- Responsible for all massages and therapy treatment.
- Handle guest complaint promptly and in a professional manner
- Implement new spa treatment and products.
- Responsible for all health and safety requirement of therapy and treatments.
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality of each and every client situation
- Record and maintain adequate notes about client visits.
- Expert in guest treatment and recommendation to guest needs
