Senior Surveyor (Erongo Region)

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To coordinate surveying services to ensure optimisation of resources and data integrity in order to achieve mining production targets.

Key Performance Areas:

• Coordinate mining survey activities related to mining and engineering requirements.
• Set out blasting patterns and block boundaries in the pit using survey data obtained from designs.
• Manage execution of topographic surveys.
• Design haul roads, pit slopes and stock piles.
• Design and conduct deformation monitoring and slope stability surveys.
